About the Tour

The Tour began as a simple way of allowing 'walkthrough' tours of areas. The system implemented is not unsimilar to Myst; a person is given a picture of a scene, and may choose to go forward, right, or left. Going forward provides a picture taken ten feet or so in front of the previous picture, going right gives the user a picture taken 90 degrees to the right of the picture, and so forth. Hopefully that makes sense, but if it doesn't, just check out one of the working tours at the Kinkaid site.
